Recovering sink and hob requires knowing their assembly
A worktop replacement may involve removing equipment that you want to use again. Photograph its edges and provide any references you know. The type of fixing, the material and the state of conservation determine the possibility of disassembling them; it is not advisable to promise their recovery without examining how they are attached to the existing surface.
The new piece is decided with the set that is preserved
When changing the worktop, the cutouts must correspond to identified models and a specific assembly. If any retained part is not compatible, that situation must be addressed before continuing. The proposal can distinguish disassembly, new surface and adaptations so that it is understood what scope is being compared. See also: worktop change.
The washing area must be connected when finished
For a kitchen in El Rosario, indicate who will remove the tap and who will check the sink after replacing it. Plumbing reconnection needs someone responsible and a defined scope. This avoids considering a replacement completed that still leaves the use of the intervened area pending.
